In a warm pool, you will be comfortably held above water with the support of floaters and a pillow. During the 1.5 hours of deep relaxation, the practitioner will slowly move you around the pool allowing you to experience a deep & pleasurable connection with the water.

The mixture of gentle movements stretches and massages will allow you to reach a deep state of relaxation and surrender.
